Yes. You can provide an existing engineering drawing, physical bag sample, or photos of your current packaging. Our laboratory will measure fabric GSM, tensile strength, loop denier, and lamination thickness to reproduce or optimize the exact construction.
Absolutely. That is our core expertise. Provide us with your product bulk density (e.g. 0.85 kg/L), target weight (e.g. 1,000 kg), filling equipment diameter, and shipping method (pallets vs container floor loading). We calculate exact internal volume and appropriate safety factor.
Yes. We strongly encourage pre-production sample confirmation. In-stock reference samples can be dispatched via DHL/FedEx immediately. Custom tailored samples according to your agreed CAD drawings take roughly 7–10 days.
Our standard production MOQ is 500 pieces per size for custom FIBCs. For ventilated bags or dumpster skip bags, trial runs of 200–300 pieces may be supported depending on fabric inventory. Full 20GP or 40HQ container orders receive maximum freight and unit economics.
Our primary export seaport is Qingdao Port (approx. 3 hours from our Yantai factory). We regularly supply on FOB Qingdao, CIF/CFR worldwide destinations, as well as DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) door-to-door delivery for North America, Europe, Southeast Asia, and Australia.
